Danbury Cricket Club

Clay will be delivered on Monday Aug 8th and pitch work will start. The current pitch will be relaid with new clay, raising the level about 1.5 inches. The batting pitch will be dug and laid with clay about 5 inches thick in total, a half pitch for purposes of the batting cage/nets.

We will allow 3-4 weeks for the 2 pitches to dry up so they are nice and solid and ready to play. Phase 2 will be early September once the Bating Nets company is ready to install.  Stay tuned...
